PJ's nightclub runs a disco night for people with learning disability, autism ot additinoal support needs and their carers, it is the first Wedneday of the month, see their flyer for information and location.

Aquarius Swim Club
The swimming club is a small friendly club which offers swimming for fun and to help stay healthy.
The club meets at Sandbach School, Crewe Road, Sandbach, Mondays 6:45 pm to 7:45 pm (not Bank Holidays, or during August and not over the Christmas holidays).
Everyone is treated equally. Support is available if needed in the pool. They have a team of experienced volunteers and club officials, a qualified first-aid person and a lifeguard. The cost is £3 per person for a session. If you would like more information look on the Aquarius Swim Club website.
Get Yourself Active Project Cheshire
Sport England has awarded Disability Rights UK and Cheshire Centre for Independent Living funding to pilot a new scheme. The aim is to increase the number of disabled people being active and playing sport. They work with health and social care professionals and sports providers.
The project supports people who get a Personal Budget or a Personal Health Budget, to have sport and leisure opportunities in their support plan.

Good Company is an exciting fully inclusive social activity group for disabled adults aged 19+ years across Cheshire East. The group is open on a weekly basis. Tuesday in Handforth, Wednesday in Crewe and Thursday in Macclesfield. They also organise monthly day trips. Activities include bowling, meals out, creative arts and crafts, sports, cinema and many more exciting things! 'Silky Sundays' is a disco at Macclesfield Town Football Club every Sunday. The season begins on Sunday 6th September:
- The time is 7.30 pm to 10.00 pm
- The cost is £1 which includes a chip butty
- A full bar, open all night
- 1st night - football shirts and bright colour theme
- Raffle prizes to be won every Sunday!
SUSO is an organisation in the centre of Macclesfield run with and for adults aged 19 and over with learning disabilities. Their drop-in Parachute is open Monday to Thursday 10.30am - 3.45pm. They offer a wide range of activities to help wellbeing and skills building in a friendly, fun, and welcoming environment. You can meet friends and make new ones. Social and community events are organised regularly. A drop in session costs just £2.50 and includes all activities as well as a cup of tea or coffee.

The Rossendale Trust
Oakwood is a specially designed service provided by the Rossendale Trust. They offer a wide range of recreational, social, educational and supported work experience activities, in a social setting. These are for adults with learning disabilities.
